Epic Obstacle Course Rentals for Shreveport Events

Why Obstacle Courses Are Event Favorites
Obstacle courses take inflatable entertainment to the next level by adding physical challenges and competitive elements. Instead of simply bouncing, participants navigate tunnels, climb walls, dodge obstacles, and race to the finish. This active engagement keeps energy high and provides entertainment that appeals to a wide age range—from elementary students to adults who want to relive their American Gladiator fantasies.
Commercial-Grade Obstacle Courses Built for Competition
Our obstacle courses are commercial-grade inflatables designed for heavy use at large events. Reinforced seams, thick vinyl construction, and thoughtful design ensure safe, durable performance. These aren't just bouncy tunnels—they're carefully engineered courses with climbing elements, squeeze-throughs, pop-ups, and other challenges that create an authentic obstacle course experience.
Featured Obstacle Course: The Bayou Blaster

Our Most Popular Obstacle Course
The Bayou Blaster is our signature obstacle course rental in Shreveport. This impressive inflatable features multiple challenge sections including climbing walls, tunnel crawls, pop-up obstacles, and a thrilling slide finish. Two competitors can race side-by-side, making it perfect for head-to-head competitions or time trials. The Louisiana-themed design adds local flair that guests love.
Built for Speed and Competition
The dual-lane design of the Bayou Blaster means you can run races continuously with minimal wait times. Assign volunteers or party helpers at the entrance and exit to manage flow, and you'll keep a crowd of kids entertained for hours. For school field days and church events, consider running bracket-style tournaments to crown an obstacle course champion!
Perfect Events for Obstacle Course Rentals
School Field Days
Obstacle courses are the stars of school field day events across Shreveport. They provide active entertainment for large groups of students, promote physical fitness, and create memorable experiences. Teachers love that obstacle courses keep kids engaged and burning energy. We work with many local schools and offer competitive pricing for educational institutions.
Church Youth Events
Youth group events, VBS, and church picnics come alive with an obstacle course. Teens and tweens especially love the competitive aspect—set up team relays where small groups race against each other. It's a great way to build camaraderie while providing wholesome, active entertainment.
Corporate Team-Building
Want to get your team out of the conference room and into some fun competition? Obstacle courses are perfect for corporate events, company picnics, and team-building days. Divide employees into teams for relay races, or simply let individuals blow off steam by running the course. It's a memorable way to boost morale and encourage camaraderie.
Birthday Parties with Competitive Edge
For kids who love a challenge, an obstacle course birthday party is the ultimate celebration. The birthday child and friends can race each other, try to beat their best times, or simply enjoy conquering the various obstacles. Pair with a bounce house for a complete party experience that keeps high-energy kids fully entertained.
Obstacle Course Setup Requirements
Space Requirements
Our obstacle courses are large attractions that need significant space. The Bayou Blaster, for example, requires approximately 50 feet in length and 15-20 feet in width. You'll also need access space around the perimeter for supervision and emergency access. When booking, provide your venue dimensions so we can confirm your space works for your chosen obstacle course.
Surface and Power Requirements
Obstacle courses can be set up on grass (preferred), concrete, or asphalt. The ground must be level and clear of debris, sprinklers, or other hazards. You'll need a standard 110V electrical outlet within 100 feet for the blower—we provide extension cords. The blower runs continuously during use, so plan for dedicated power access.
Safety and Supervision Guidelines
Recommended Supervision
Obstacle courses require active supervision at both the entrance and exit. Attendants should ensure participants enter one at a time per lane (or on your signal for races), watch for any safety issues during the run, and help participants exit safely at the finish. For school and church events, we recommend 2-3 adult volunteers per obstacle course.
Age and Participant Guidelines
Our obstacle courses accommodate participants ages 5 and up, though some courses are better suited for older kids and adults. Weight limits apply—typically around 250 pounds. Participants should remove shoes, glasses, and loose jewelry before entering. No horseplay, flips, or climbing on side walls. Clear safety rules at the entrance keep everyone having fun safely.
